2. Platform Role

AgMart acts as a facilitator of information and community interaction. We are not a party to any actual transactions between buyers and sellers. All negotiations and trades are conducted directly between users at their own risk.

3. Accuracy of Information

Price data is sourced from government sources (Agmarknet) and updated daily. While we strive for absolute accuracy, AgMart is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on this data. Users are advised to verify rates locally before committing to large-scale trades.

4. Community Guidelines

When using Market Connect, you agree not to:

Post false or misleading information about crop availability or quality.
Harass other users or engage in fraudulent activities.
Post content that violates any local or national agricultural laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The "AgMart" brand, its interactive charts, EC-style trends, and custom map visualizations are the intellectual property of AgMart promoters. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that harms the integrity of the agricultural community.
